I will begin scheduling service dates for Amarillo, Texas, as I will now be traveling to that area several times each year.
I currently provide part-time pinball machine service in and around the Princeton, Texas area.
I can assist with most pinball machines manufactured from 1980 to the present day. We specialize in solid-state pinball machines, particularly Bally, Williams, and Stern machines from the 1980s through the mid-1990s. Unfortunately, I do not currently work on electromechanical (EM) machines, which are typically pre-1980 models. However, we can recommend technicians who specialize in those machines.
Common Types of Services
- Repairs:
- Flippers not flipping? Bumpers not bumping? Balls moving too slowly, or rubber rings no longer providing the right bounce? I can help with all of that and more.
- Cleaning: Is your playfield looking a little dirty? I offer routine maintenance and cleaning services, including a complete top-side teardown, deep cleaning, waxing, replacement rubber rings, and new pinballs.
- Lighting: Advances in LED technology can dramatically improve the appearance and play experience of your machine. I can assist with LED installation and upgrades. Please note that some machines require updated interface boards to operate LEDs correctly. I can evaluate your machine and recommend the best solution.
- Restoration: Available in-shop only. I can make your machine look and play like new. Whether you’re looking for a light restoration or a complete rebuild, I can help. Please keep in mind that restoration work is our most time-intensive service and can take six months or longer to complete, depending on the scope of the project.
- Extras: Need something not listed here or have additional questions? Contact us through our contact form, and we’ll be happy to discuss options and recommendations.
Service and Full Technician Repair Area Initial Call Rates
Green: $2.50 per mile from Princeton, Texas
Yellow: $2.75 per mile from Princeton, Texas
Red: $3.00 per mile from Princeton, Texas
For customers outside these service areas, I strongly recommend bringing the machine to our shop. We can help arrange transportation if needed. On-site service outside the normal service area is generally not cost-effective and can significantly increase repair costs.
Rates do not include parts required to complete the repair, machine pickup, or machine delivery.
If you bring your machine to us, the initial call rate will not apply. In that case, you will only be charged for labor, parts, and any applicable services.
